What does the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead use InPhase for?

So we use InPhase in the Royal Borough Of Windsor and Maidenhead to monitor all of our strategic our operational and our service level performance, since has been a big change where we were before a couple of years ago, where we used to run everything off spreadsheets.

What has changed since implementing InPhase?

So since we implemented InPhase, we are able to be a lot more quick about how we get data in, so we have moved from just monitoring things on a quarterly basis to really speeding up the data processing, so we can really look at things within the quarter to within the month, which gives managers much more information at their fingertips so they can make quicker decisions and be more responsive to things that are going on in the organisation.

What are the biggest benefits to come out of your implementation?

Since we have implemented what we have got so far, we are able to have control of our contracts, which is something that our organisation has been changing has been something that has been really important to us.

It’s also in live in the conversation about performance in the organisations, so performance is something people are much more aware of now. Which has been something that we have been able to have an internal conversation about, but also be able to speak more confidentially to our residents about what’s going on in the organisation, which gives much greater transparency to everybody about how the royal borough is delivering against its strategic priorities.
