InPhase Usage Results:
"...the main benefit of InPhase is the flexibility of the system, so it can stay with us through all the changes in the authority itself."
How has InPhase evolved during the time Gloucestershire County Council has been a customer?
Its evolved greatly, the organisation its self has changed a very great deal, we have had a change in directorates, we have gone to a commissioning model and InPhase had followed us through that, we have rebuilt the system to match the requirements we have had at the time.
What do you use InPhase for? What plans do you have for the future?
We use it for quite a lot, the main focus is for corporate reporting, we also use it for the annual business plans, the finance performance and risk meetings with directors, and follows up to the strategic performance data that goes to compt then onto cabinet members and scrutiny, so that’s its main focus. We do have other things that we run with the contact centre numbers that come through, so we have areas where we do deep dives as well.
What benefits are you currently getting from InPhase and what other benefits do you see in the future?
I think the main benefit of InPhase is the flexibility of the system, so it can stay with us through all the changes in the authority itself. There have been many over many years and there will be many to come, but the system has evolved with us over that time, and I will expect it to do in the future.
