What was life at Ceredigion County Council like before InPhase?
In Ceredigion it was very isolated it was chaotic, a lot of manual spreadsheets and word documents. It meant that no one could consistently in a corporate environment connect all the dots.
What are the biggest benefits to come out of your implementation?
InPhase in Ceredigion has made sure that everyone is aware of each other’s performance measures, the public accountability measures and how they interact into the corporate strategy and the overriding wellbeing measures.
From a technical perspective what was it like implementing InPhase?
The implantation in Ceredigion of InPhase was very simple and intuitive, the objects the measures and the tasks integrated nicely, and the risks and the projects complimented that what the frame work was building, the connections through SQL and SRS and Excel, allowed us to import data in whatever format it was in the data sector.
