InPhase Kicks Off Partnership with North Central London ICB!

On Friday 26th April 2024, John Boland, Customer Success Manager from InPhase, attended the launch of the next stage of InPhase apps at North Central London ICB!

The meeting served as a platform for reflection on the past year and anticipation for the journey ahead in 2024/2025, with InPhase poised to play a central role in driving change and improving patient outcomes.

Throughout the day, John engaged with a diverse spectrum of attendees, including shop floor staff, project teams, and local PCN/GP Practice Medical Directors. As they delved into the intricacies of the InPhase System, particularly the Triangulation Dashboard, a wave of excitement swept through the room. The prospect of accessing comprehensive data and insights elicited comments such as, "The ease of seeing that data will really help us target areas where we can learn!"

A Vision for Progress: Embracing InPhase Apps

The ICB's decision to adopt three key apps from InPhase—LFPSE Incidents, Feedback, and Freedom of Information—reflects their commitment to harnessing technology for positive change.

Miranda Tapfumanei and Ginika Achokwu will head the deployment of LFPSE Incidents, while Sophie Powling and Jacob Brisley will champion the rollout of Feedback and Freedom of Information Apps.
