The transfer of data is always secured, and it is temporarily stored on a secure server during the transfer process. You may interact with various poll or webchat popups on the InPhase website. For poll popups we use HotJar and webchat we use Zopim (Zendesk Chat) a Zendesk product. Any information you enter on either of these services are secured. If you show a legitimate interest in our product and would like to receive more information we may transfer your details to either ActiveCampaign or Salesforce to handle your request. If you wish to book a call or demonstration with the InPhase team you may use Calendly a third party calendar booking provider. Any information you enter to this service is secured. Booking a session with our team through Calendly falls under legitimate interest in our product and we will transfer your details to either ActiveCampaign or Salesforce to handle your request. During your visit to the InPhase website we may use analytical tools to track your visit to improve website performance. Google analytics collects this behavioural data but a very limited amount of personal data. We have also set our google analytics account to use a 26-month retention period whereby any potential personally identifiable data is deleted if you do not visit the website in this time.
