InPhase Referral Scheme Overview

Would you like to earn 5% on every deal you submit to InPhase when it is successfully closed? Our Lead Referral Program makes it easy for companies to submit leads to InPhase and is ideal for those companies whose capabilities do not extend to selling InPhase directly.

If the company that you refer to us decides to buy from InPhase, your company is rewarded.

When you submit a quality lead to us, this will route directly to the appropriate InPhase sales representative to determine whether it’s an existing customer, whether InPhase (or an existing Partner) is already pursuing the lead and also that it’s not already been registered by someone else. We will normally confirm this with you within 3 working days of the lead being submitted.

Our specialist will then contact you to validate the opportunity and to ensure that the correct people are involved. Within 30 days we will also then confirm the decision to pursue the lead or not.

  • Complete the InPhase referral form before a transaction takes place
  • Submit only new opportunities, not previously known to InPhase
  • Have a value over $5,000 / £4,000 / 4000Euros per annum

Referral Fees will be paid upon successful close of the sale and receipt of payment from the referred client.

The process is outlined here:

1. REFERRAL

All Lead referrals should be made by completing the Referral Form containing all of the details of the lead to us. The referral will then route directly to the appropriate InPhase sales representative who will determine whether InPhase (or an existing Partner) is already pursuing the lead and that it’s not already been registered by someone else.

Note - it is essential to submit your lead to InPhase on the Lead Referral Form. Leads given verbally cannot be supported.

2. REGISTRATION

Provided that they are not an existing customer, that InPhase is not already in discussions with the contact provided, and the Lead has not already been registered by someone else, you will receive confirmation that the Lead is registered in your name. You will also receive confirmation that you will receive the 5% reward if the referred organisation purchases any licences from InPhase.

We aim to confirm all deal registrations within 3 days of receiving the Lead Referral Form.

3. QUALIFICATION

Once the lead is registered in your name, you will be contacted by a specialist to validate the opportunity and to ensure that the correct contact details are provided. Within 30 days we will also then confirm the decision to pursue the lead or not.

4. PAYMENT

If the lead results in the prospect purchasing any software licences from InPhase, then Referral bonuses will be awarded upon successful close of the sale and receipt of payment from the referred client.

Any individuals or businesses that are not employed or already affiliated with InPhase Services (including friends, family members, and business associates InPhase employees) are eligible for the program. Those who are ineligible are listed below:

  • InPhase employees
  • Employees of the prospective InPhase client
  • Existing InPhase Customers (a separate Referral Scheme for customers exists)
  • Strategic consulting partners or employees of such companies who have formal business contracts in place with InPhase

This referral service is specifically designed for consultants not already partnering with InPhase and businesses that become aware of other businesses actively seeking a solution.

The person you’re referring will need to be qualified as in an active buying cycle first and not already a registered lead at InPhase.

  • The lead must be a qualified lead, not just a name or email address,
  • Any previous leads passed to InPhase cannot be backdated,
  • There is no limit to the number of referrals that can be made.
  • By referring a company to us, you declare that you have given us permission to contact them
  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, leads expire within 9 months. If there has been no activity by the referred prospect over a period of 4 months, the leads becomes void.

A qualified lead is one which meets InPhase Services criteria and that InPhase is not currently in a sales cycle with as of the date of the lead registration, and one which would result in a new client for InPhase within nine (9) months of the date of lead approval by InPhase.

Referral payments will be deferred should the signed client owe more than 1 month’s service charge at the time of payment.

The lead registrant hereto acknowledges that the registered lead is of a confidential nature and that the matters contained herein are confidential and are to be retained as such by the registrant and InPhase.

The lead registration will contain the entire and only agreement between the registrant hereto regarding fees to be paid to the registrant and any representation, inducement, promise, condition or agreement, oral or otherwise in connection therewith not incorporated herein shall not be binding upon either party.

  • The registered lead and agreement thereof are not transferable
  • InPhase reserves the right to modify or update the referral program at any time without prior notice
  • Please ensure the incoming client mentions your name at time of initial contact or that you advise us in advance of lead.
  • Should the same lead be referred more than once, the earliest referral will take precedence and we are only liable to meet the obligation of one claimant per successful referral.
  • Should we be already in negotiations with the lead, we reserve the right to refuse any referral.
  • We will not be liable to you (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) for any indirect or consequential loss or cost of damage you may incur as a result of participating in the InPhase referral scheme,
  • We will not, in any event, be liable for any loss of profits, business, revenue, data or goodwill, whether any such loss is directly or indirectly as a result of participating in the Scheme,
  • We reserve the right to withdraw the InPhase referral scheme at any given time, without prior notice or explanation.
  • The monthly InPhase subscription fee of the lead must exceed $5,000 / £4,000 / 4000Euros per annum
  • InPhase may pass leads to our Channel Partners to sell.
